How does invoicing work?

One invoice per purchase, issued the moment you buy. You pay by card online and the invoice goes straight to your finance team. You buy the seats a course needs, when you need them: there is no recurring subscription and no minimum term.

Can a seat be reassigned when someone leaves?

Yes. Seats belong to your organization, not to an individual. An administrator reassigns a seat with one click, and any seat you have not handed out stays in the pool until you do.

Do you support bilingual teams?

Yes. You can use Volantis in English or Spanish, and each technician chooses their own language; the records, exams and certificates are the same either way. Course content is currently taught in English. We add new courses and new languages continuously, so ask us on the demo what is available for the methods your team needs.

What can an auditor verify without an account?

Validity, method, level, issue date and expiry, with no account at all. Every certificate we issue carries a public verification link, and anyone holding the certificate identifier can open campus.volantis.academy/verify and see it: no login, and no request to your training coordinator.

How do trials and pilots work for a team?

Start small, then widen. Three lessons of a course open in guest mode without signup, so your Level 3 can read the material before anything is bought. For a team pilot, book a demo: we will scope a first purchase around one method and one group rather than your whole roster. From there you expand as our catalog grows, and if the training you need is not in it yet, we can build that course with you. Final exams are supervised while your technician sits them, and every attempt keeps its own record of what happened. The point is not to police your technicians. It is to give you something to put in front of an auditor when they ask how you know a result is genuine.

Final exams run supervised, with a countdown on screen; questions and options come in a different order on every attempt.
The exam notices when someone leaves the screen or tries to copy the content, and the technician sees the warning the moment it happens.
Three warnings end the attempt, so nobody can wander in and out of a final exam and still call the result their own.
Every warning, every submission and every certificate issued is recorded in that attempt's audit trail, alongside any retake an administrator authorises, so your results stand up to an audit.

Training ≠ certification

What Volantis provides: Syllabi aligned to the EN4179 / NAS410 training requirements, formal training-hour records per course, proctored exam evidence, and verifiable certificates of training completion.
What your organization keeps: Certification of your personnel. Your designated Level 3 sets the requirements in your Written Practice, reviews the evidence, judges on-the-job experience and vision testing, and signs the certification.
What we never claim: Volantis does not certify anyone, and is not an awarding body. Our records are an input to your certification process, never a substitute for it.

Alignment is to syllabus content. Formal hours cover instruction delivered on the platform; on-the-job training and practical examination remain with your organization.
